  • Yondu – Kree
  • Carol Danvers being so Loyal doesn’t appear human.
  • Surprised by Skrull narrative
  • Not really happy about the Avenger’s Endgame appearance/Mid-credit.  Would have liked to see her with Shorter Hair.
  • Binary Form? Origin different than original
  • Names!
  • The Cat (Goose), We Love Him!
  • Nick Fury loss eye(Kinda of disappointing)

Apologizes for the Audio, it is getting better.

Welcome!

In listening to our podcasts, especially the initial ones, the audio issues are going to be biggest regret in this.  Learning while on the move can certainly be difficult, and listening to the first few episodes being recorded and played back, I can certainly see that they’re not exactly sounding right.

So the first episode on Anime was recorded in Mono, which meant that I wasn’t picked up to well, but mom was, so that was a bummer, but we might re-record this in the future if it’s audio isn’t up to snuff for our listeners.  At worst, I think listening in on to it, you’re going to listen to us grow in to better podcasters in the future.

Second episode on Anime was better, recorded in Stereo this time, so clearly going to get a better result.  Down side here, is realizing that I don’t sound like what I think I sound like.  I never really realized how gravelly my voice is, or perhaps I’m just sleepy perhaps, but I also don’t sound too energetic, this is something I need to definitely work on.

We get to the 3rd episode on Captain Marvel, it sounds better and I seem more energetic, but I clearly am way to close on the mic while Mom is too far away.  Time to bust out some rulers.  I’m noticing the echo as well, which doesn’t help in my particular location as being anything more than unavoidable.  Vaulted ceilings, lots of places for things to bounce off of, this isn’t a great way to record.  I might also want to test the Mics as well, perhaps there is a way in Audacity that you can limit the intake so we get less background and echo noise.  A learning process to be sure.

I’m sorry for any initial problems we might have here in the beginning.  Hopefully, we’ll get to the point where we become seasoned professionals, some of which will involve more tech and equipment in the future.

After much hemming and hawing, I’ve finally chosen some intro and ending music, which I think is very retro and fun.  We’re nearly ready to publish some of our first episodes, hopefully everyone will be thankfully patient with me for taking my time on this, but they’re coming soon.
