As mom stated before in our round up episode from just a few weeks back, one of the things she found herself willing to revisit was WWE and how infectious it was to be a part of.  I couldn’t agree more, and so this time I wanted to introduce her to one of the more fun and interesting events in WWE’s calendar of events, the Royal Rumble.  She seemed to enjoy herself, come listen to our opinions on the matches.






Review:

Roman Reigns vs King Corbin
  • Falls Count Anywhere (No Disqualification, can be pinned anywhere, usually out in the arena/stadium)

Women’s Royal Rumble
  • Winner gets to challenge for any highest level title on any of the currently running shows at Wrestlemania.  
  • IE: Smackdown Women’s Championship, Raw Women’s Championship, or NXT Women’s Championship.

Rules:
  • Two Superstar will Start In the Ring
  • Every 90 Seconds(Approximately) another Superstar will enter
  • Superstars are Eliminated by going OVER the Top Rope
  • Both Feet must Touch the Floor to be Eliminated
  • Last remaining person in the ring will win a Championship Match at Wrestlemania

WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Bayley vs Lacey Evans
  • WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship Match

WWE Universal Champion "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt vs Daniel Bryan
  • WWE Universal Championship Match
  • Strap Match

Rules:
  • Both Superstars are connected via a 15 foot long leather strap around their left wrists.
  • Strap can be used as a weapon or tool.


WWE Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs Asuka
  • WWE Raw Women’s Championship Match

Men’s Royal Rumble
  • Winner gets to challenge for any highest level title on any of the currently running shows at Wrestlemania.  
  • IE: WWE (World Heavyweight) Championship, Universal Championship, or NXT Championship.


Rules:
  • Two Superstar will Start In the Ring
